Every service user is assessed to ensure they join the hub that best supports their care requirements. Within these hubs, you can feel confident that your loved one is receiving the right level of care while also having access to endless opportunities to explore new places, meet new people, and engage in activities that foster independence, creativity, and joy.

We support your loved one and ensure your peace of mind
Each hub has been developed to meet the diverse needs of our service users, creating an environment where every individual feels valued and empowered. Families also benefit from peace of mind, knowing their loved ones are cared for by a compassionate, highly trained team that prioritises dignity, respect, and positive outcomes.

Did you know many of our skilled team members are Makaton trained? Engaging on multiple levels not only enhances our care, but also ensures we support our service users effectively.
Hub 1: Providing opportunities for social growth and fun
In Hub 1, we provide rewarding opportunities that foster the growth and enjoyment of the young adults we support. Our "Have Your Say" sessions empower service users to share their activity ideas, shaping our weekly planners and ensuring their interests and preferences take centre stage.

Our activities are diverse, ranging from visits to theme parks, bowling, and zoos to practical life skills sessions. Every activity is carefully tailored to the needs and aspirations of our service users, helping them to develop social skills, build confidence, and exceed expectations.
A supportive space that enables our young people to shine together
Over the past year, we've celebrated some incredible achievements in Hub 1 — the most memorable of all was travelling to Disneyland Paris, where our group performed in the Disney parade and on stage! This unforgettable experience was the result of our service users and their families, the commitment of our team, and the exceptional work of our dance teacher, Stacey, who tailors each session to suit individual abilities.
