We’re thrilled to introduce our first-ever Lotus Work Experience group! This exciting opportunity was made possible by the fantastic team at Waterside Community Centre in Stapenhill, who welcomed our young people to participate in a meaningful and impactful initiative – ‘The Bread and Butter Thing.’

Building skills while supporting the community
Through this partnership, our young adults have been able to develop essential workplace skills while contributing to an incredible cause. The Bread and Butter Thing is a community-focused scheme dedicated to providing affordable food parcels to local families, and we’re proud to have been part of their efforts.

Making a difference

Gratitude and looking ahead
